Our commitment to your data

At the Marketing Masterclass Series, we’re committed to being fully transparent in our approach to what data we may hold and how this is stored and used as part of the training and development service that we provide.

Why we would collect your data?

Given the nature of our events model, to ensure that we are targeting and approaching the right delegates and partners to make them aware of our upcoming events, we may need to research the profiles of those delegates that may be interested in attending.

How do we collect this information?

We have never purchased data from third party suppliers and never will.  The core vehicle we use for data collection is through LinkedIn, as this is the most effective platform for researching and establishing if a potential delegate or partner may benefit from our events or indeed be interested in them.

If you have already attended/partnered with us at an event or expressed interest in being kept up-to-date with future event opportunities, we will also have that initial contact information, which then allows us to contact you about future events and opportunities.

Would we ever share your data?

As our events are produced with quality and the customer experience in mind, we are not in the business of spamming or sharing information with external partners. There may be times when we would need to share your data (name, title, company and email address) with a partner of the event, so that they can send you additional information (post event), as it may be a value added benefit to you.

However, we would always ask your permission first! Should you opt-out of this, we will never pass the above data across to any partner of our events.

Who manages the data at the Marketing Masterclass Series?

To ensure your data is safe, only the Founder & Chief Producer at the Marketing Masterclass Series has access to CRM data; no other associate has access to this information.

We don’t use email marketing software for mass mail-outs

Since day one, we have never used email marketing software or corporate email marketing platforms to communicate with our audience. Everything we do is strictly personalised, therefore if you receive a communication from the Marketing Masterclass Series – it will be personally sent and not part of a mass email marketing campaign. This allows us to quality control the process of communicating directly to the delegates, partners and prospects that we wish to communicate with.
