He learned his trade 14 years ago at ao.com (when it was a small startup in Bolton) and went on to work at Google, helping the largest retailers in the world understand the internet. He got his formal marketing education at The Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and has an MBA from The Bradford School of Management. In his free time, he’s an ironman triathlete and a dad.
