Its business model is highly differentiated: a client feedback mechanic determines how much they get paid, which creates a culture of excellence and continuous improvement (see this video). Outside client work, Bind gives 10% of its time to top universities, including The University of Manchester, The University of Bath and The University of Cambridge, to help educate the next generation of digital marketers. Clients include Poundland, Aldermore Bank and Henri-Lloyd.
